How do we deal with our orders?
Firstly, do fill in the pre-order request form
to ensure there is stock left. We will contact you within 1-2 days after your form is submitted. If you're interested and did pay for the product. We will verify your payment and will process the order immediately. Upon the arrival of the goods at our warehouse, we will package them neatly and safely before shipping them over to you. Of course, we will also provide a tracking number to track your package after it is shipped.
Why are the official merch a little pricey?
The base price of such merchandise is high since they are purchased from the official Genshin Impact store. The prices reflected here are as such in consideration of packaging and high cost of overseas shipping fee.
How long is the average shipping time?
Due to differences in pre-order timings for all of the products, your item will only be shipped out immediately once the item had arrived in our warehouse. Of course, we will notify you once the product had arrived in our warehouse and you could estimate an arrival time for your item.
What are the payment options?
Currently, we're unable to do online payments. Therefore, we are only accepting payment through banking in.
