Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
All orders are processed within business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. This is due to the high amount of orders at the Official Genshin Impact store. Thus, do expect some time before your item reaches our warehouse.
Reasons for longer processing:
- Processing time from The Official Genshin Impact Store
- Time for delivery from The Official Genshin Impact to our warehouse
- Time for shipping confirmation
Shipping rates will only be calculated once the product has arrived. However, for orders above RM100, you will be eligible to enjoy free shipping from us.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 weeks after receiving your tracking number, please contact us at bunbunofficialshop@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
